Spoiler text color

Do we have an option somewhere so that we could post a spoiler alert or the punchline of a joke
or the answer to One Of Life's Burning Questions, but the text in invisible and you have to mouse over
it to make it appear? Just askin'...

Try squinting and tilting your head to the left a little until the letters become too blurry to see. :P

You have the idea. I checked, though. Didn't see anything in the palette that made the original
text totally invisible. Like, if the background was white, and you used white for a text color...

This?

In a quote?
Never, ever forget: we did this. This is what we can do.

In wilderness is the preservation of the world. - Henry David Thoreau

Never doubt that a small group of thoughtful, committed citizens can change the world; indeed, it's the only thing that ever has. - Margaret Mead

I can't read what swift posted, but I can read all the others. However, I think it might vary depending on whether you're using the skin that came with the board or if, like me, you've switched back to sub silver.

But I can read what swift posted. Is this going to be a case of 'it works for some but not others'
depending on their background color choices?

There are ways to implement a /spoiler tag. I've seen it on other phpBB boards. Not sure how to do it, not sure how hard it is to do, and not sure what more pressing priorities there are around here, though.
